Master Swimmers are Everywhere!

1000 Islands Y Swim Masters is a swimming program that encourages adults to swim regularly for fitness, general health, and for those inclined to friendly competition. We offer structured training sesions providing opportunites to increase physical fitness, improve stroke techniques, and recieve regular coaching.

The level of participation is entirely up to you. 1000 Islands Y Swim Masters is a member of Masters Swimming Ontario (MSO), a province-wide association of adult swimmers and Masters Swimming Canada (MSC).
